Pattern Making Unit
The Pattern Making Unit at Alpha Industrial Group utilizes advanced equipment and skilled staff to design and manufacture wooden and aluminum patterns customized to the specifications of each part and casting method. Accurate pattern production is critical to achieving high-quality final castings.
Casting Unit
The unit features two induction furnaces (600 kg and 1,200 kg capacity) and semi-automatic sand preparation equipment. This setup allows for melting, casting, and manufacturing steel and cast iron parts while maintaining strict control over chemical composition and mechanical characteristics.
Quality Control Laboratory
Alpha Industrial Group places quality control at the forefront of all production stages. The laboratory includes three spectrometers, two hardness testers (fixed and portable), an electric polisher, and a professional metallographic microscope. This setup allows for accurate metallographic analysis and verification of the mechanical and chemical properties of manufactured parts.
Heat Treatment Unit
The unit features two automatic gas furnaces (2,000 kg and 4,000 kg capacity) and two laboratory-scale electric furnaces (50 kg capacity). It is capable of performing various heat treatment operations, including water quenching, air quenching, normalizing, annealing, and neutral gas heat treatments.
Finishing Unit
The unit is equipped with carrousel and Tabriz lathes, a shot blasting machine capable of processing 4 tons in 8 hours, and full-scale grinding and packaging equipment. This department ensures that all components are properly finished and ready for final delivery.
